Project Manager

The Project Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive project management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will be instrumental in guiding project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, resources, and timelines.

WHO WE NEED:

  • 8-15+ years' experience managing projects in the petro/chem industry in a consulting role.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering. A licensed engineer is preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Extensive experience in project management, including a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proven experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project challenges.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
