About the Role

We're looking for a driven and highly organized Site Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution across complex construction and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
In this role, you'll serve as the operational center point across field teams, subcontractors, technical groups, and project stakeholders to ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan. You'll maintain visibility into project readiness, production performance, risk management, and turnover objectives while helping teams navigate changing priorities without losing momentum.
From planning and coordination through execution and closeout, you'll play a critical role in keeping projects aligned, accountable, and moving forward.

What You Bring
  • 6-10+ years of experience supporting construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical project environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing site execution and coordinating multiple trades on active construction projects
  • Background in electrical, low-voltage, MEP, general contracting, or related construction environments preferred
  • Experience supporting data center, hyperscale, critical infrastructure, or technically complex projects strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of schedule-driven construction execution and field coordination
  • Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining structure, discipline, and control
  • Proven experience managing self-perform and subcontracted work scopes
  • Understanding of workforce planning, production sequencing, and trade coordination principles
  • Strong issue identification and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership stakeholders
  • Ability to align operational priorities, technical requirements, staffing, and schedule objectives
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through discipline
  • Ability to maintain execution focus within changing or high-pressure environments
  • Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to drive accountability across multiple stakeholders
  • Resilience and adaptability within fast-paced, schedule-sensitive environments
