While the Project Manager is responsible for overall project planning, decision-making, and stakeholder communication, the Project Coordinator typically handles day-to-day logistics, schedules meetings, tracks progress, and manages documentation. This collaboration allows the Project Manager to focus on strategic oversight while relying on the Coordinator for operational support, making effective communication and teamwork essential for project success.
