Job description

We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to help keep residential and commercial projects organized from start to finish. You’ll work with crews, subcontractors, customers, and suppliers to make sure projects stay on schedule and work is completed properly. Candidates with construction experience are welcome, as well as those ready to grow into project management.


What You’ll Do


  • Help plan project schedules, materials, and daily priorities.
  • Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Track project progress, costs, and important updates.
  • Visit job sites and check that work is progressing as planned.
  • Communicate project updates with customers.
  • Maintain schedules, documents, estimates, and basic project records on a computer.
  • Help resolve everyday project or scheduling issues.


What We’re Looking For


  • Construction or project coordination experience is helpful but not required.
  • Basic computer and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and ability to work with different teams.
  • Comfortable visiting job sites when necessary.
  • Willingness to learn construction processes and project management.
