The Project Executive must be a highly motivated, adaptable, and experienced in multiple aspects of construction. The PE must have proven leadership capabilities with high ethical standards and the skills to lead and develop others. The PE must be able to lead, manage and coordinate all phases of a multiple projects ranging in size through the entire pre-construction, construction and close out phases by developing a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers who have the skills to execute their defined roles.



Coach, Mentor, and develop a diverse team and ensuring that Martin Concrete is creating growth opportunities to achieve both individual and company goals and objectives.

Oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, monitoring, and control phases in the areas of scope, schedule, costs, quality, procurement, communication, and documentation management of concrete projects to ensure project objectives are met.

Work with the Field Operations Managers and the VP of Field Operations to ensure all company protocols are followed.

Work with Field Operations Managers and the VP of Field Operations to ensure quality and safety expectations, schedule, and overall customer experience is on target as to set Martin Concrete as the preferred sub-contractor for their next job.

Coordinate with the Field Operations Manager and VP of Field Operations ensure necessary project resource requirements are managed and maintained.

Ensure monthly pay requests and schedule of values align with project and organization revenue objectives.

Work with the Pre-Construction Department to secure projects.

Oversee the turnover from Estimating to Project Management and the preconstruction phase.

Develop and maintain long term relationships with customers – find your like level in the organization.

Be the first line of large problem liaison between Martin Concrete and the customer.

Ensure implementation of risk management and key stakeholder engagement strategies.

Keeping the executive leadership informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
