Job description

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for all aspects and elements required for the complete and successful management of an assigned project from beginning to end. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

budget, schedule, submittals, equipment and material orders, labor and subcontractors, billings and close-out documents.

Primary Responsibilities

Leadership, Management, Accountability

The PM is the primary contact between Strictly Mechanical and the customer.

The PM is to follow the written PM process.

The PM is responsible for the efficient coordination and use of equipment, material, labor, and subcontractors to successfully complete a project.

The PM is responsible for providing the direction and decisions related to the proper execution and completion of the project per the plans, specifications, submittals, and contract documents for the project.

The PM shall exhibit and follow our core values: Committed, Loyal, Equitable, Accountable and Reliable. C.L.E.A.R.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

High- school education

Four-year college degree is preferred.

Previous Project Management experience, minimum 3 years

Previous Mechanical Contracting experience, minimum 3 years
