We deliver end-to-end solutions across the facility lifecycle, including design, prefabrication, installation, controls integration, and ongoing service. As one of the fastest-growing platforms in our space, we are focused on operational excellence, technical expertise, and building a high-performing team.


The Project Management Intern will assist and support the project team in various phases of commercial construction projects. Under direct supervision, the intern will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, document control, and communication with stakeholders. This role offers exposure to project management principles, construction processes, and best practices while developing critical problem-solving and organizational skills.

Requirements

Project Management

  • Assist in preconstruction, execution, and close-out phases of projects.
  • Support project managers in tracking project schedules and deliverables.
  • Participate in meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Help maintain project documentation, logs, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external teams.

Preconstruction Phase

  • Assist in reviewing job specifications and project scope.
  • Help with data entry and organization of project-related documents.

  • Assist in preparing Request for Information (RFI), submittals, and change order requests.
