Role Overview
The Project Management Intern supports project planning, execution, and monitoring activities while gaining hands-on experience in a professional project environment. This role works closely with project teams to assist with coordination, stakeholder communication, and process improvement initiatives. The position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented student seeking practical exposure to project management fundamentals and real-world project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing key discussion points, and documenting action items.
  • Track project progress and support the preparation and updating of project status reports.
  • Communicate regularly with project team members to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Identify potential project risks, issues, or delays, and escalate concerns to project leadership as appropriate.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and files, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration by coordinating efforts between internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping optimize workflows and enhance project execution efficiency.

Requirements
