Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chairman's Office and assist with executive-level operations. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this individual will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing complex priorities, coordinating high-level initiatives, and handling sensitive business and personal matters with the utmost discretion. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes ownership of projects from conception through completion.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall office operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives, owners, founders, or C-suite leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Self-starter with excellent judgment, initiative, and follow-through.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing priorities.
  • Professional presence with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality at all levels of an organization.
