Executes large scale and/or transformational and technically meaningful projects that advance a certain investment level or complexity. Guides and supports one or more project teams through all phases of project delivery while nurturing a strong relationship with the end customer.

Responsibilities
  • Is responsible for supporting assigned project teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Provides updates on assigned projects to business unit leadership.
  • Supports and coordinates the activities of one or more Project Managers and/or Senior Project Managers and their assigned project teams.
  • Guides project teams responsible for assigned projects to project baselines at internal and external Electronics customer sites.
  • Responsible for projects advancing beyond a baseline budget or multiple projects advancing beyond a baseline budget at a single strategic customer site.
  • Nurture project team progress and risk mitigation during all phases of assigned projects including: funding, design, procurement, installation, turnover, closeout, and capitalization.
  • Create & present monthly status reports on assigned projects to business unit leadership.
  • Collaborate with operations and customers to plan and integrate projects into existing operations.
  • Work to ensure completion of all project deliverables and safely transition projects to the Facility Manager.
  • Foster relationships with project Customers, vendors, and project resources to streamline project implementation activities.
  • Conduct customer-facing project reviews and status updates to foster customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for, plan, and implement customer change orders and project scope changes.
  • Conduct continuous improvement insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provides guidance for and assists with change management and customer relationships for projects executed by other Air Liquide entities on behalf of the business unit.
  • Participate and contribute to new project development activities when needed.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Project Development teams to develop and optimize project solutions and Project Execution Plans.
Required Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 15 years experience in project management and/or construction management in a high tech setting or other relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in project execution for the semiconductor industry.
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification
  • Experience managing multiple project execution teams.
  • Successful delivery of projects with high baseline.
  • Ability to effectively convey project status to organization senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a safety focused culture on a complex project site.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in a PSM/RMP Environment
