Overall responsibilities to include:
- Project Manager (PM) will be accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- PM should have experience managing large projects (with 100+ resources) representing IT & various business functions.
- The Project development methodology used is Agile.
- IT experience of 8-10+ years with 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
- Guiding the team and ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience leading large global matrix teams (offsite and onshore)
- Expertise with Jira Cloud or an equivalent tool.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Platform
- Track and produce key metrics (e.g., burndown, burnup, etc.)
- Resources should be proactive in their approach to ensure the project timelines, resource allocations and budgets are met.
- Certifications: Scrum master ; Agile and Project Management
- Experience with Stratus Cloud platform
- Experience with data and a strong analytical outlook.
- Degree in Science.
- Experience with Burn up burndown charts
