Job Description The Technical PMO is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical projects. This role involves providing strategic direction, managing project execution, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. Acts as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management

  • Supports the Strategy and Transformation Manager by providing updates on the overall status and health of the Group leadership's key initiatives and flagging risks and monitoring progress of mitigation
  • Provide regular management reports by integrating information across the different HR teams and delivering it to the right stakeholders

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Compile and analyze data related to program performance, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for program meetings and presentations.
  • Support the development and implementation of program management tools and systems.

Budget Management

  • Collaborates with the group leadership team to develop annual budgets or financial plans that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This involves analyzing past financial data, forecasting future financial needs, and identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Tracking and monitoring budget performance throughout the fiscal year, comparing actual expenditures against the budgeted amounts. Identifying any budget variances and investigating the reasons behind them, whether they are positive or negative, and providing recommendations for corrective actions if necessary.
  • Working closely with division representatives to control expenses and manage costs within approved budgets. This may involve implementing cost-saving measures, negotiating vendor contracts, or identifying opportunities for process improvements.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
