About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Mandarin Project Coordinator to support and manage projects involving both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. In this role, you will serve as a key communication bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking teams, facilitating clear and accurate communication.
  • Translate and interpret project-related documents, communications, and meetings as needed.
  • Track project milestones, monitor progress, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
