Position Description:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator serves as the liaison between field employees and office staff.
To be successful as a coordinator you should be a highly detail-oriented individual with good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, candidate should have the ability to organize and prioritize workloads and work independently when given instruction.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and serve as the liaison between field and in-office staff.
  • Review weekly employee time sheets for accuracy and submit to payroll.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly crew data input utilizing Customer Portals, as required.
  • Maintain and communicate crew member records/rosters as required by Customers.
  • Set up and coordinate new Jobs and/or Customers as assigned.
  • Collect and analyze data in Excel format for all assigned projects.
  • Complete and/or review daily and weekly crew revenue reporting.
  • Calculate preliminary billings for all assigned projects upon completion.
  • Ensure timely billing to Customers based on billing milestones.
  • Provide administrative support to division staff.
  • Assist Vice President and Manager(s) with special projects.
  • Interact with managers and others within and between departments, both written and verbal.

Project Coordinator Requirements:
  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Project/Billing Coordinator Preferred Requirements:
  • College degree or some college, preferred.
  • 2+ years of solid administrative or project coordination experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in the construction and/or utilities industry a definite plus.
