The Project Coordinator will work to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role will work cross functionally to manage project outcomes. The Project Coordinator will manage all stakeholder requirements. This position is located onsite in Livonia, MI.
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relay customer
    expectations
  • Assist in developing and executing small project plans
  • Complete milestones on time and within budget, work with the cross-functional team to
    ensure deliverables
  • Review data from customers, suppliers, and create reports
  • Coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor performance of vendors
  • Supporting management of material for launch and production
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

To be considered a Project Coordinator, you will need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
  • Detail oriented, effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Good customer service skills, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime
  • Ability to follow directions, learn new skills and technologies, multi-task in a fast-paced
    work environment
  • Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)

A successful candidate may also have:
  • Roush experience
  • Associate's degree in business or similar
  • Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel
  • Technical manufacturing background with ability to read and understand mechanical or electrical
  • Peoplesoft / ERP experience
  • Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends
