Location: East Peoria, IL

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM CST

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our ITAR-related projects in East Peoria, IL. This role is ideal for entry-level professionals with strong communication and organizational skills who are looking to grow in project management.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing communication with stakeholders, and ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
  • Support Project Managers in maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders via email and meetings.
  • Track project progress and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with ITAR requirements.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior exposure to project coordination or project management is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
