This Billing-Focused role combines core project coordination responsibilities with a strong emphasis on billing accuracy and compliance support. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What You'll Achieve

  • Capture and validate all required project and campaign details, ensuring accuracy and completeness of enrollment and intake forms.
  • Collaborate with the Project Coordinating team to support timely and accurate project execution.
  • Complete important data entry within project timelines, track deliverables, and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact deadlines or quality.
  • Adhere to documented processes including established quality control standards.
  • Ensure all client requests and internal inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Independently manage assigned projects and billing workflows with minimal supervision.
  • Process and prepare client billing by comparing orders, approvals, and billing portals for accuracy.
  • Verify that all required client documentation (orders, proofs of delivery, approvals) is complete, accurate, and properly stored.
  • Consolidate billing and backup documentation for submission to Compliance and billing systems.
  • Ensure billing documents are submitted accurately and within required timelines.
  • Partner with the Compliance team to address questions, discrepancies, or missing documentation.
  • Identify and escalate issues that may delay billing or impact revenue recognition.
  • Support accurate and timely billing to ensure proper revenue recognition and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by supporting projects and tasks outside of routine responsibilities as business needs require.
  • Adhere to all confidentiality, data protection, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a professional, collaborative demeanor with management, peers, and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications

ย Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $53,445.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
