Inventory Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Develop decision-support tools (reports, dashboards, models)
Automate recurring reporting
Identify and improve data flow inefficiencies
Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Management
Lead E&O process including oversight of rework, reclass, sellback, and scrap
Conduct root cause analysis and support audits
Facilitate E&O review meetings
Identify resell, rework, and transfer opportunities
Inventory Accuracy & System Integrity
Partner with operations and engineering to correct systemic issues
Support training for inventory personnel
Cross-Functional Problem Solving
Partner with Customer Service, Planning, Finance, Operations
Drive data-backed decision making
Improve change order practices and Work Order and WIP-edit management
Ad Hoc Projects
Lead inventory-focused deep dives across global sites
Support working capital and excess reduction initiatives
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related field
2-5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, inventory control, or manufacturing
Experience working in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 25 - 30 lbs, lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stopping, and carrying
Advanced Excel skills and basic SQL or data analysis experience, including PowerBI
Experience with ECO processes, BOM structures, or change management
Familiarity with MRP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Exposure to alternate materials, part supersession, or inventory transitions
Experience working cross-functional
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
Solid understanding of MRP, supply/demand planning, and inventory control
Effective communication and ability to work across teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
