Raytheon, an RTX Company, is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst for the Processing Frameworks & Services (PFS) portfolio. This position will directly support the Genco program within the PFS portfolio. We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our program, as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company. In this role, you will have opportunities to work independently as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management to provide leadership and mentoring in financial reporting and processes.
Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality while developing their leadership skills as a key business partner. Successful candidates must also be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as be able to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization.
What You Will Do
  • Maintain program management baseline, to include incorporating BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.
  • Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and others.
  • Internal corporate reporting requirements such as financial forecasting, revenue forecasts, and Estimates at Complete (EAC).

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Professional experience in a related finance role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience in Program Controls, including knowledge of Earned Value Management fundamentals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and task flexibility.
  • Demonstrated a sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments.
  • Experience with SAP, ForProject, APEX EV, COBRA, Winsight or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Familiarity with Estimates at Complete (EAC) and Earned Value (EV) methodologies
  • Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability for collaboration in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in seeking process improvements and analytical insights with experience identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements.
  • Active TS/SCI

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
