The Electro-Optical Infrared Solutions (EOIR) business within the Advanced Products & Solutions Business Unit is seeking a seasoned P3 Principal Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in McKinney, TX. The successful candidate will offer extensive Financial and Earned Value Management (EVM) support, including Estimates at Completion (EAC), forecasting, and managing external EVM Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). This role will specifically support the Yosemite and Teton EMD programs, which has over $300M in existing awards and potential additional options.

This position is being offered in an onsite capacity based on the needs of the business. This role will support a program that resides in McKinney, TX time zone.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) for program execution, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation process for large-scale, externally reported programs.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of IPMR/IPMDAR and oversee the preparation and delivery of Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports (IPMDAR).
  • Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, including Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
  • Develop, support, and review quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC) that are presented at the APS business level.
  • Facilitate financial planning activities including RPLAN updates, and analyze and communicate how program performance impacts Bookings, Sales, Profit, and Cash (BSPC).
  • Guide efforts for effective completion of Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs).
  • Develop and validate the delivery of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
  • Serve as the financial point of contact for Program Management, providing financial guidance to IPT key team members and non-finance organizations, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs), project schedulers, and other functional leads to ensure data integrity and accurate cost/schedule integration.
  • Highlight pertinent information derived from program data analysis, including trend analysis, with a high proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Support compliance reviews and periodic process audits.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful financial presentations for executive leadership.
  • Facilitate standard processes and resource management across programs.
  • Participate and contribute to EOIR initiatives to drive organizational results.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Knowledge of Government EVM reporting & compliance.
  • Experience with EVM tools (i.e. PMX, SAP, PRISM, Program Metrics).
  • Experience with Excel (Including AO).
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a Secret security clearance.
