Job Description RCS Staffing has an immediate need for a Project Analyst in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, contract office-based assignment with our client. Overview of YOUR role as a Project Analyst Support project teams by assisting in project analysis, workflow coordination, data gathering, and preparation of deliverables.

You will play an active role throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring project objectives are met on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of both clients and management. As a Project Analyst YOU will: Play an active role in project analysis, workflow coordination, and preparation of deliverables. Utilize data gathering tools and analytical methods to collect and evaluate project information.

Support project teams with administrative tasks and process improvement initiatives. Review, track, and document project requirements throughout the full project lifecycle. Assist in ensuring projects are completed within defined scope, schedule, and objectives.

Work proactively with project teams to identify issues and develop practical solutions that support project success and profitability. Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and execution strategies. YOU are the ideal candidate if you have: Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to gather, interpret, and document project data effectively. Experience supporting project teams in administrative or coordination functions. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). It's a BONUS if you have: Prior utility industry experience (desired but not required)

Exposure to engineering, construction, utilities, or technical project environments.
