Work You'll Do

As a Project, Associate Manager on our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a senior communications advisor to Office of Public Affairs leadership and provides strategic counsel on messaging, positioning, and stakeholder engagement
  • Developing and executing strategic communications plans aligned with leadership priorities and organizational objectives
  • Drafting, editing, and overseeing the production of a wide range of communications products, including leadership messages, talking points, speeches, announcements, newsletters, briefing materials, and other executive communications
  • Producing clear, compelling written content by conducting interviews with employees, leaders, and stakeholders, and by developing stories and messaging that highlight workforce accomplishments, mission impact, and organizational culture
  • Overseeing editorial quality and communications execution across multiple channels, including social media, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, brand, and style while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
