Site Project Engineer – Bridge the Gap Between Design and Field Execution

Job Overview

The Opportunity You will serve as the essential technical link between project management, field crews, and design partners for world-class industrial builds. This role offers the unique chance to ensure engineering precision on-site while managing the critical documentation that drives project success.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Interpret complex construction drawings and specifications to ensure work matches design intent.

  • Verify field layouts including lines, grades, elevations, and anchor bolt placements for accuracy.

  • Identify design conflicts or discrepancies early and generate formal Requests for Information (RFIs).

  • Track and report daily installation quantities to verify project progress and facilitate accurate invoicing.

  • Maintain real-time "as-built" redline drawings to reflect actual field conditions and installations.

  • Support the look-ahead schedule by identifying potential constraints like material gaps or inspection needs.

  • Coordinate with various subcontractors and trades to prevent on-site clashes and costly rework.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

  • Strong ability to read and understand detailed construction blueprints and technical specifications.

  • Proficiency in project management platforms and tools such as Procore, Excel, and AutoCAD.

  • Exceptional organizational habits with a focus on detail-oriented documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
