Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation through completion. Based in Edmonton, this role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle, including pre-construction planning, execution, and close-out
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
  • Conduct site visits and project meetings to track progress and resolve issues



Qualification

  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fiel
  • 3โ€“10+ years of experience managing commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction project
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
