Premier Building Restoration, Inc. is a Historic Masonry Restoration and Waterproofing
Company located in Erdenheim, PA that serves the Greater Philadelphia area.

Benefits include $50-55K salary, 401K, Health and Dental, vacation days. Premier is a growing company and has growth opportunities in Production. We expect to hire by end of May 2026

Job Summary:
The Project Assistant supports pre-construction, field, and office operations for masonry
restoration and waterproofing projects. This role is responsible for managing pre-construction
documentation, documenting site conditions, assisting with report and shop drawing
preparation, and compiling accurate data for project tracking and change orders.
The position works closely with Project Managers, Office Project Assistants, and field crews to
develop clear jobsite mark-ups, track labor allocations, and ensure all documentation is
organized, labeled, and up to date. The Project Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining
project accuracy, supporting cost tracking using pre-determined unit pricing, and facilitating
communication between the jobsite and office.
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret drawings and project
information, proficiency in required software, and the ability to navigate active construction
environments. Must have a background in construction and historic masonry preservation

Major Duties/ Job Tasks:

  • Assist with pre-construction documentation and coordination
  • Includes, but not limited to, submittals, project sequencing, and related
    pre-construction tasks
  • Support organization and tracking of pre-construction deliverables
  • Assist in documentation of conditions at project site
  • Existing, in-progress, and completed work
  • Create reports and shop drawings
  • Includes drawing mark ups, maps, photographs
  • Ensure data is accurate, organized, and well labeled
  • Assist PM in tracking and allocating job hours for crews
  • Compile data for Change Orders
  • Organize data gathered onsite
  • Calculate costs using pre-determined unit costs
  • Mark-ups for crew at jobsite
  • Create "drop" tracking in conjunction with Office Project Assistant
  • Document tasks by elevation
  • Update as needed with additional work or completed tasks

Other Skills/ Needs:

  • Must have experience in Construction and Historic Masonry Preservation
  • Work will be on jobsites and in office
  • There is a need for full mobility and the ability to navigate construction spaces
  • Steel-toed boots, jeans or work pants required
  • Job will utilize the following software to complete tasks -
