We are seeking a Building and Construction Assistant Superintendent to support the execution of commercial construction projects in Philadelphia. They will help coordinate daily jobsite operations, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are completed efficiently. Client Details Our client is a reputable construction company with a long-standing presence in the Philadelphia market. Specializing in commercial, healthcare, education, life sciences, multifamily, and institutional construction, the organization is known for delivering exceptional projects while fostering a culture centered on teamwork, professional development, and operational excellence. Description Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations and project execution. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Monitor project schedules and help ensure milestone completion. Support jobsite safety initiatives and enforce OSHA compliance. Perform routine quality control inspections and documentation. Review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans. Participate in subcontractor meetings and daily coordination activities. Track project progress and communicate updates to project leadership. Assist with site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce planning. Identify and help resolve field issues before they impact project schedules. Maintain accurate daily reports, site logs, and project records.
