Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactiveย  Materials Sourcing Assistant โ€“ Construction to support our construction projects by sourcing, pricing, and ordering materials.
This is a fast-paced role that plays a key part in keeping our jobs on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

  • ย Source construction materials across all trades (lumber, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)ย 
  • ย Contact suppliers for pricing, availability, and lead timesย 
  • ย Compare pricing to ensure the best cost optionsย 
  • ย Place orders and coordinate deliveries to job sitesย 
  • ย Track material orders and update the team on statusย 
  • ย Build relationships with suppliers in NJ, PA, and the surrounding areasย 
  • ย Work closely with project managers and the field teamย 
Requirements:

  • ย Experience in construction, supply houses, or material sourcing is preferred, but not requiredย 
  • ย Strong communication skills (phone + email)ย 
  • ย Ability to work fast and stay organizedย
