Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Assistant Project Manager to play a key role in the successful delivery of our commercial construction projects. Working closely with seasoned Project Managers, you will help guide projects from concept through completion, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects from start to finish

  • Track project progress and provide timely updates on schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met

  • Assist with managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and schedules

  • Facilitate clear communication among internal teams and external stakeholders to proactively resolve issues

  • Help prepare project reports and presentations for leadership and clients

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction or project management
