Esposito Construction has dozens of major sitework projects underway across NJ and we're looking for a competent Construction Pipe Crew Member with 3+ years field experience to join the team. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating day-to-day crew activities on underground utility and heavy civil projects
  • Perform and supervise excavation, trenching, and backfilling operations around existing utilities safely
  • Install, assemble, and connect piping systems, including water, sewer, and storm infrastructure
  • Conduct wet taps, tie-ins, and other connections to existing systems according to project specifications
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment operators to ensure materials and machinery are on-site when needed
  • Monitor and maintain proper shoring, trench safety, and site safety practices at all times
  • Provide input for daily reports, including progress, material usage, and safety observations
  • Communicate any potential delays or issues affecting the project timeline to management promptl
