Position:

Our Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the most complex high-end residential construction projects from initiation to completion. This includes ensuring exceptional quality, maximizing efficiency, and achieving complete client satisfaction. The role encompasses comprehensive oversight of contractors, materials, project schedule, customer updates and inspections.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, maintain, and oversee the project schedule in Buildertrend from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely progress.
  2. Effectively manage all trade partners, ensuring their performance meets project requirements and standards.
  3. Collaborate with the Project Administrator to apply for all necessary permits and schedule required inspections to maintain regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Update Buildertrend daily, maintain schedule accuracy, utilize To-Dos and daily logs to consistently communicate with trade partners to ensure job readiness and schedule accuracy.
  5. Understand and maintain all project documents, including plans and the scope of work, to ensure a solid foundation for execution.
  6. Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients, architects, designers, and other project representatives, fostering strong working relationships. Assist clients with finalizing selections and navigating changes during the build.
  7. Schedule and lead required meetings with clients, architects, designers, or project representatives, meticulously recording agendas and minutes.
  8. Review and cost code all project invoices, working with the Project Admin team to process progress billing and manage project finances while minimizing variances and increasing profit.
  9. Collaborate with the Project Admin team to develop and process scope and pricing changes as needed, ensuring all adjustments are properly documented and approved.
  10. Provide consistent project updates utilizing Buildertrend, keeping all relevant parties informed of progress and potential issues.
  11. Generate a complete punch list, ensure the delivery of a complete project on time and under budget, and create a comprehensive warranty binder for seamless transfer.
  12. Enforce safety protocols, including proper equipment usage to maintain a safe work environment.
  13. Develop and maintain professional relationships with architects, interior designers, engineers, subcontractors, city officials, and vendor partners.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. Strong understanding of high-end residential construction methods, materials, building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
  2. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and design professionals.
