Job Summary:

They are seeking a Project Manager 3 to provide oversight and project management for multiple projects, ensuring consistency with the State of Michigan project management methodology and managing the RFI/RFP processes.
Responsibilities:
β€’ Provide oversight, leadership, accountability, and project management functions for multiple small or medium sized projects at the same time or for a single large project.
β€’ Ensure consistency with the State of Michigan project management methodology (SUITE).
β€’ Perform long-term release planning based on organizational direction.
β€’ Regularly interact with the project management teams for status of budget, quality, and schedule.
β€’ Escalate issues and risks as needed to executives.
β€’ Exercise project quality control activities to ensure project scope expectations are met.
β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information to be included in RFIs and RFPs.
β€’ Assist in the development and refinement of RFI/RFP templates and guidelines to streamline the submission process.
β€’ Coordinate and track all RFI/RFP submissions, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and submitted within the designated timelines.
β€’ Maintain a comprehensive and organized record of all RFI/RFP activities, including candidate interactions, submissions, and evaluation results.

Required:
β€’ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
