Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage all aspects of projects from concept design to construction administration.
  • Develop and manage budgets for projects, including identifying the need for and developing change orders
  • Provide technical support to junior engineers throughout the duration of a project.
  • Assist in proposal development with scope and fee preparation.
  • Provide excellent customer service with frequent communication and project updates.
  • Participate in team activities including cross-training, staff meetings, brainstorming roundtables, and mentoring.

Position Requirements
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Current and active Professional Engineering license; must be in good standing. 5+ years of Project management and design experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills are imperative to assist with ensuring schedule and budget needs are adhered to throughout various projects.
  • 5+ relevant working experience and knowledge of drainage systems, water quality and stormwater control devices, hydraulic analysis, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HydroCAD, FDM design standards, DOT PS&E (Plan, Specifications & Estimates), site and roadway design, and project quality processes.
