Job Summary
The Project Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support specifically for project teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations. This role is responsible for managing project-related communications, preparing and organizing documents, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall coordination and administrative needs of the project.
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Fairfield, TX
Essential Duties
  • Perform general office support duties, including maintaining files, processing invoices, and managing office supplies.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and format routine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized records, contact lists, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate mail distribution and arrange courier/express services as needed.
  • Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks for the team.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
