Dallas, TX

Job description

Overview

At Corgan, we're passionate about great design but the best thing we build is each other. Here, you'll find camaraderie and collaboration as abundantly as curiosity and creativity. Corgan is a welcoming, supportive environment that offers room to grow, freedom to explore and the safety to fail.

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Employee Experience & HR Programs Manager who knows how to turn ideas into meaningful, measurable experiences. This role is not a passenger, it's a driver. You will own programs end-to-end: from concept to design to execution to measurement-shaping how our people experience Corgan across the entire employee lifecycle.

This role sits at the intersection of employee experience, engagement, inclusion & belonging, and firm culture. You'll bring a strong point of view, curiosity, and the discipline to turn strategy into reality while building trust and alignment at every level of the organization.

Responsibilities

Own and Lead People & Culture Programs

  • Design, architect, and implement global employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned to Corgan's values
  • Own programs from end to end - strategy, design, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Establish clear success metrics and use data and insights to evolve programs over time

Shape Employee Experience

  • Lead programs that enhance key employee moments - onboarding, recognition, development, wellbeing, and retention
  • Own and evolve rewards and recognition programs that reinforce culture and performance
  • Design impactful experiences (including immersive onboarding and internal awards programs) that strengthen connection and belonging

Drive Inclusion & Belonging

  • Serve as Chair of the Inclusion & Belonging Council - setting direction, leading monthly sessions, and guiding sub-councils
  • Build and scale engagement strategies that foster inclusion, connection, and shared accountability

Influence and Align

  • Build strong partnerships across HR, Marketing, IT, and leadership teams
  • Gain executive buy-in through clear storytelling, thoughtful design, and credible delivery
  • Navigate ambiguity and bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives

Execute with Discipline

  • Lead multiple high-impact programs simultaneously with strong project management rigor
  • Drive accountability, timelines, and outcomes-seeing work through from idea to completion
  • Provide support for office openings, moves, and key transitions to ensure a seamless employee experience

What You Bring

  • Proven ownership mindset: You don't wait for direction, you create it and carry it through
  • Strategic + execution strength: A thinker and a doer who can zoom out and dive in
  • Global program experience: Demonstrated success designing, socializing, and scaling people & culture initiatives
  • Executive presence & high EQ: You communicate with clarity, confidence, and situational awareness
  • Curiosity: You ask better questions, explore new ideas, and continuously improve what exists
  • Comfort with ambiguity: You bring structure and direction where there isn't a clear path
  • Influence: Ability to build trust and gain alignment across all levels, including senior leadership
  • Strong project management: High discipline, organization, and follow-through
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, or related roles
  • 5+ years of experience leading inclusion & belonging or engagement initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience designing and scaling enterprise-wide programs
  • Experience building or evolving employee networks, councils, or ERGs
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
