POSITION SUMMARY: 

Cority is looking for an experienced Marketing Programs Manager to build and execute on our account-based marketing strategy and create targeted pipeline for specific verticals and personas. 

This role will help plan, build and execute multi-channel, integrated campaigns with a strong emphasis on driving engagement and demand from targeted segments. Playing a foundational role in the development of Cority’s ABM program, you will drive the design and development of the entire ABM strategy. You will help execute marketing campaigns to generate awareness and engagement within these target segments, operationalize outbound prospecting with the sales team, and develop measurements for success within target accounts. 

You will be supported on campaigns from a broader team of channel and program specialists such as paid media, email marketing, and events. In addition to the marketing team, you will work cross-functionally with Cority’s Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Run multiple campaigns each month to unique cohorts of accounts that deliver cohesive prospect and customer experiences from lead creation, account nurturing and expansion, and conversion 
  • Lead efforts to launch coordinated, multi-channel programs, including social, advertising, email, webinars, direct mail, events, etc. 
  • Work directly with channel and program managers to support the development of assets for campaigns such as social/display ads, emails, and microsites 
  • Partner closely with Sales and Sales Development to develop hyper-targeted programs that generate and accelerate pipeline 
  • Work closely with Marketing Ops to utilize data to inform target account selection, operationalize outbound prospecting campaigns, and prioritize and track accounts throughout the pipeline 
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create and test targeted messaging that engages accounts based on account intel, use cases, and personas 
  • Track and analyze results and continually refine for optimal return on investment 

REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in demand generation, B2B SaaS or software experience preferred 
  • 3+ years of experience managing and executing ABM campaigns 
  • Background or experience in any of the verticals or markets that Cority serves is a plus, including environmental, health, safety, sustainability, quality 
  • Experience working with email and marketing automation tools like Pardot or similar and content experience platforms like PathFactory 
  • Creative and business writer, exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, commitment to delivering high-quality and error-free work 
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate to get the best results possible 
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to interact with the audience and colleagues across the globe in a polished and professional demeanor
