Youth Program Manager (K–8 Programs)

Location: On-site (Atlanta, GA)

Agape Youth & Family Center is seeking a dynamic Youth Program Manager to lead engaging afterschool and summer programs for K–8 students. This role oversees daily operations, supervises staff, and designs enriching activities that support academic success, social-emotional growth, and student well-being.

The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who can manage teams, build relationships with students and families, and ensure a safe, structured, and fun program environment. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and community partners to deliver high-quality, mission-driven programming year-round.
