Position – Program Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to support complex operational and project-driven initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing program execution, governance, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and coordination across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.

Summary

The Program Manager serves as the operational lead across multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment between deliverables, business objectives, and organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to manage large and complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily program activities throughout the full program life cycle
  • Define and maintain program governance structures and controls
  • Plan and oversee overall program execution and monitor progress across projects
  • Manage program budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables
  • Identify program risks and issues and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Coordinate projects and manage interdependencies between teams and stakeholders
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects

  • Maintain and manage program documentation, including initiation and planning documents
