Job description

Plumb Works, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a full-time entry-level Plumbing Apprentice to go out on location with our experienced plumbers and assist them while learning how to service, diagnose issues with, and repair plumbing equipment and systems. This position has a 40+ hour work week Monday-Friday with some Saturdays as needed. Are you interested in learning a skilled trade and starting a successful, well-paid career as a plumber? We are happy to offer a competitive starting pay of $17/hour. Our entry-level Plumbing Apprentices can earn about $34,000-$40,000/year. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING APPRENTICE
As a Plumbing Apprentice, you are eager to learn! You work as part of a dynamic and passionate team under the direction of an experienced plumber. You receive hands-on training as you assist with diagnosing and repairing our customers' plumbing systems. As you assist our experienced plumbers, they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with clients and help them make informed buying decisions to how to properly service systems and equipment.
You love that you aren't stuck in an office and enjoy a change of scenery every day. You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. In addition to on-the-job training, you spend some of your time participating in classroom instruction. You are excited to be part of our apprenticeship program and can't wait to advance in this practical, high-paying career!
