Help build the next generation of craft talent.

Brasfield & Gorrie is looking for a Craft Recruiter – Apprenticeship Programs to help grow our pipeline of entry-level craft talent. This role focuses on building relationships with high schools, technical colleges, community colleges, and workforce partners to support hiring needs and strengthen Brasfield & Gorrie’s Field Apprenticeship Program.


This person will help connect students and early-career candidates to real opportunities in construction while partnering with field leaders and recruiting teams to support long-term workforce needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Build relationships with high schools, technical colleges, community colleges, and workforce development partners
  • Support recruiting efforts tied to Brasfield & Gorrie’s Field Apprenticeship Program
  • Represent Brasfield & Gorrie at career fairs, school visits, classroom presentations, jobsite tours, and community events
  • Identify and engage candidates interested in construction careers
  • Screen candidates and guide them through the hiring process
  • Partner with field leaders, hiring managers, and recruiting teams to understand workforce needs
  • Maintain candidate activity and recruiting data in iCIMS and related systems
  • Help create a strong experience for students and entry-level craft candidates
