Position Summary

The Program Associate supports contract execution and operational delivery by ensuring accurate data management, process adherence, logistics coordination, and policy compliance. This execution-focused role maintains reliable contractual, financial, and operational data records while supporting project staff and structured reporting within the Service Delivery Unit (SDU).

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned project tasks with strong attention to detail and strict adherence to established processes and operating workflows.

  • Accurately generate, enter, validate, and maintain secure data in enterprise systems.

  • Ensure precise project timesheet records in alignment with financial controls.

  • Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation in compliance with contractual requirements.

  • Generate and submit structured project records daily, weekly, monthly in support of data dashboards as needed.

  • Provide clear, professionally and effectively written communications to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2-4 years of experience in program operations, project management, or related administrative function.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

  • Independent technical performance with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

  • Familiarity with or exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) tools and data-driven technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain documentation, support internal controls, and operate within structured, team-driven environments.

  • Exposure to project management frameworks (PMI/PMBOK fundamentals preferred).
