Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Gestionnaire de WP Programme Senior pour rejoindre notre equipe Centrale Programme basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez dans un environnement international en collaboration avec toutes les fonctions Airbus et les fournisseurs sur tous les continents.

Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Programme Integration qui a pour mission principale de habiliter les fonctions A220 contribuant a la performance integree de la chaine d'approvisionnement dans l'environnement serie pour atteindre nos objectifs.

L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre role en tant que Gestionnaire de WP Programme Senior sera de securiser la performance de la Supply Chain integree et d'anticiper les risques / opportunites sur l'ensemble du perimetre d'approvisionnement pour atteindre les objectifs du programme (TCQP) et aider a la prise des decisions strategiques.

Vos defis:

  • Representer le Programme dans les Procurement MFT (Multi Functional Teams) afin de contribuer a la strategie d'approvisionnement et a la selection des fournisseurs conformement aux besoins et objectifs du programme en lien avec le Budget Programme;

  • Rendre possible les activites d'approvisionnement et piloter le budget du Portefeuille Industrial (partie Buy) afin de securiser les projets lies a la continuite des operations et/ou la maturite de la montee en cadence;

  • Orienter les RP/NRP reclamations pour minimiser les EBIT/Cash impacts sur le Programme;

  • Identifier, valider les Transferts Industriels (ToW) lies au WP en termes de budget et planning. Anticiper, consolider les risques et securiser les plans d'actions cross-fonctions pour eviter les impacts operationnels;

  • Piloter la consolidation des risques, opportunites et contraintes de la Supply-Chain integree a rencontrer les objectifs du Programme avec une attention particuliere a la resilience de notre chaine d'approvisionnement a maintenir notre cadence de production;

  • Participer aux gestions de crises complexes consecutives a des defaillances fournisseurs et pouvoir en prendre le lead au besoin.

Votre profil:

  • Vous avez au moins dix (10) ans d'experience en gestion de projets dans un environnement industriel;

  • Vous avez un baccalaureat ou une maitrise en achats/approvisionnements, genie industriel, ou un diplome avec une experience professionnelle equivalente;

  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la chaine d'approvisionnement Airbus et de ses fournisseurs;

  • Vous avez de bonnes capacites relationnelles;

  • Vous savez travailler en equipe et avez de bonnes aptitudes pour negocier et degager une vision commune alignee;

  • Vous avez un comportement de leadership authentique et des valeurs que les gens et les equipes veulent suivre;

  • Vous avez la capacite a gerer plusieurs taches, projets et dimensions simultanement, souvent dans un environnement peu clair, incertain et en evolution rapide;

  • Vous justifiez d'une bonne experience dans le domaine aeronautique;

  • Vous avez un fort niveau d'engagement professionnel et avez des capacites d'adaptation pour toujours vous concentrer sur les priorites. Vous savez synthetiser et presenter clairement.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Senior WP Program Manager to join our Central Programme team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work in an international environment in collaboration with all Airbus functions and suppliers on all continents.

You will be part of the Programme Integration team. Our main mission is to enable the functions contributing to the integrated performance of the supply-chain in the serial environment to achieve our A220 objectives.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as a Senior WP Program Manager will be to secure the performance of the integrated Supply Chain and anticipate risks/opportunities across the entire supply scope to achieve program objectives (TCQP) and help to making strategic decision.

Your challenges:

  • Represent the Program within Procurement Multi-Functional Teams (MFTs) to contribute to the sourcing strategy and supplier selection, aligning with Program needs and objectives regarding the Program budget;

  • Enable procurement activities and manage the Industrial Portfolio budget (Buy component) to support projects linked to operational continuity and/or the maturity of production ramp-ups;

  • Influence the handling of claims (RP/NRP) to minimize EBIT and cash flow impacts on the Program;

  • Identify and validate Industrial Transfers (ToW) related to the Work Package (WP) in terms of budget and schedule; anticipate and consolidate operational risks;

  • Manage the consolidation of risks, opportunities, and constraints across the integrated supply chain to meet Program objectives, with a particular focus on our supply chain resilience to maintain our production rate;

  • Participate in managing complex crises resulting from supplier failures, and take the lead on them when necessary.

Your boarding pass:

  • You have minimum 10 years' experience in project management skills in an industrial environment;

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, or a degree with equivalent professional experience;

  • You have a good knowledge of the Airbus supply chain and its suppliers;

  • You have good interpersonal skills;

  • You know how to work in a team and have good skills to negotiate and achieve a common aligned vision;

  • You have authentic leadership behaviour and values that people and teams want to follow;

  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and dimensions simultaneously, often in an unclear, uncertain and rapidly changing environment;

  • You have good experience in the aeronautical field;

  • You have a high level of professional commitment and have the ability to adapt to always focus on priorities. You know how to synthesize and present clearly.
