Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience leading large, complex, multi-million-dollar IT programs, ideally in a professional services or systems integration environment
  • Proven ability to operate and influence at the C-suite level, translating technical complexity into clear business outcomes
  • Strong track record of end-to-end program delivery, from client vision and solution shaping through execution and value realization
  • Deep expertise in program governance, financial management (cost, margin, forecasts), scope control, and change management
  • Experience managing multi-stream, multi-vendor programs with complex interdependencies and integrated delivery plans
  • Advanced risk and issue management capabilities in high-ambiguity environments
  • Strong resource strategy leadership, including staffing, capability alignment, and optimization across workstreams
  • Proven ability to establish and evolve program operating models aligned to customer maturity and delivery context
  • Data-driven program leadership, including use of KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to inform decisions
  • Ability to lead within dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining focus on outcomes and commitments

Agile & Tooling (Required)

  • Expert-level Scrum Master capability, with experience driving Agile delivery at scale (multi-team / program-level), including coaching teams and enforcing Agile governance
  • Advanced proficiency in JIRA (and related tooling) for backlog management, dependency tracking, sprint execution, and program-level reporting and visibility

Technical & Domain Leadership (Required)

  • Strong technical credibility across enterprise IT environments, including:
    • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Network and security architectures (SASE, Zero Trust, connectivity)
    • Infrastructure services (compute, storage, virtualization, data center)
    • Hybrid and multi-cloud integration models
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs:
    • Multi-stream, multi-vendor environments
    • Cloud and infrastructure modernization
    • Network and security transformation
    • High-risk or first-of-a-kind deployments
  • Ability to bridge business and technology:
    • Translate technical concepts into executive-level outcomes
    • Challenge solution design and delivery feasibility
    • Partner effectively with Architects and Technical Leads
  • Strong knowledge of IT service lifecycle and ITIL-aligned delivery (design, build, transition, run)
  • Demonstrated experience managing $10M+ complex programs in infrastructure, cloud, or security environments

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent)
  • Experience managing vendor ecosystems and commercial contracts within large transformation programs
  • Strong executive communication and influencing skills across senior stakeholders
  • Background in infrastructure services, cloud consulting, or systems integration organizations
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and modern delivery models supporting large-scale transformation

This position requires the employee to work on a regular basis with Kyndryl stakeholders located in other Canadian provinces, the United States, or internationally where English is the common language, making knowledge of the English language a requirement for this position in addition to fluency in French.
