Responsibilities: 

  • Provide TF Station HYPO inputs for each NIWDC Commander bi-weekly report to NAVIFOR. 
  • Assist in maintaining an unclassified Teams page for TF Station HYPO leadership team to manage tasks, projects and upcoming events. 
  • Assist in the maintenance of a SIPR and JWICS portal for TF Station HYPO stakeholders to coordinate and track IWE AI projects. 
  • Attend Naval Force AI events to include weekly VTCs with the other task forces, quarterly AI Summits, Naval Applications in Machine Learning (NAML), and other training, symposiums, and conferences as decided by TF Station HYPO leadership. 
  • Schedule stakeholder engagements and maintain meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate, attend, and provide inputs to potential AI initiative for the IWE. 
  • Assist in analyzing, updating, and executing the IWE strategy. 
  • Participate in EW AI efforts and provide assistance to improvement of workflows as able. 
  • Investigate other AI potential capabilities that align with TF Station HYPO objectives. 
  • Author, edit, and format naval letters, technical documents, and reports using standard Navy correspondence procedures.
  • Provides administrative support to NIWDC N1. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications:  

  • Associates of Arts degree. 
  • Three (3) or more years of experience. 
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office productivity systems, specifically MS SharePoint.  
  • Proven capability to facilitate and run weekly leadership meetings.  
  • Experience creating, managing, and maintaining unclassified collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams) to organize leadership tasks, projects, and events. 
  • Strong knowledge of Government program report requirements and formats. 
  • Strong organizational skills to prepare leadership tasker and decision lists, ensuring timely awareness and action. 
  • Experience scheduling and coordinating stakeholder technology demonstrations on a recurring basis. 
  • Familiarity with Electronic Warfare (EW) and AI workflows, with ability to assist in improving processes. 
  • Active TS/SCI clearance as required by the US Government contract. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous Flag writer or executive communications experience highly desired. 

Working Environment:
This position is 100% in-person in Norfolk, VA remote or hybrid work is unavailable.
