Job Summary
The IT Support Analyst provides day-to-day technical support to employees across multiple locations, helping ensure reliable access to the tools and technology needed to stay productive. This role is responsible for troubleshooting common IT issues, supporting end users across a variety of systems and devices, and delivering responsive customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position also participates in an on-call rotation to support urgent technical issues outside of regular business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees by phone, email, remote support tools, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices, passwords, VPN connectivity, Microsoft 365 applications, and other business technology tools
Document issues, resolutions, and support activities within the ticketing system
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup, account provisioning, and access support
Assist with maintaining a positive end-user experience by delivering timely, professional, and customer-focused support
Participate in an on-call rotation to assist with critical after-hours IT support needs
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or related customer support roles
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, VPN connectivity, and remote support tools
Experience using ticketing systems and documenting technical issues preferred
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This position may require over 40 hours per week and includes regular physical activity such as:
Extended periods at a desk working on a computer.
Occasional lifting of equipment up to 25 lbs.
Work is primarily office or remote; occasional visits to company locations as needed.
