ABOUT THIS JOB
This part-time role will work Saturday and Sunday mornings from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.
Our Weekend Program Support Associate collaborates with staff members to help maintain a respectful, organized, and safe environment for all clients and visitors. You'll help out with various responsibilities as assigned, making sure to follow all our policies and treat every individual professionally. Attentive to detail, you'll maintain accurate records of all daily activities, incidents, and observations. If any emergencies occur, you'll follow our established procedures to swiftly address and resolve the issue. You'll assist volunteers, visitors, clients, and team members, and perform other duties as assigned to make a positive impact!

REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal part-time Weekend Program Support Associate truly listens when others speak, can clearly communicate verbally and in writing, and can healthily manage stressful situations. The ability to act responsibly and maintain confidentiality is key. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems as they come up would be helpful! What's most important is that you have:
- An open mind to all identities and the ability to respectfully work with multicultural communities
- Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders
- Ability to form relationships and build rapport with people from various cultural and socioeconomic groups
