Memory Support Care Partner Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents with memory impairments
  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical and mental health to nursing staff
  • Help residents with mobility and transfers as needed
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Participate in social and recreational activities with residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents

Required to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferably with memory support
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred to have:

  • CPR certificationย 
  • Experience working as a Med Tech
  • One year experience working in a Healthcare Setting in senior living.ย 
  • Computer Skills
