Would you like to join our team? We are looking for staff members who will oversee and work with residents while exhibiting the love of Christ. Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required. Assess all incoming materials to determine compliance with program rules and policies.Supervise residents' daily activitiesEnsure timely transportation for residents for all approved appointments.Manage daily time schedules (med calls, meals, class, chapel, lights out, etc.)Answer the phone in the administrative officeComplete daily shift reportNotify the LRP Director of suspected violations of the general rules and policies.Seek out the truth in all complaints received during shiftOrganize the attendance of residents to all scheduled activitiesSupervise the completion of residents' violation hoursMaintain clean, safe, and spiritual environment for residents
