About the Program Support Role
As a Program Support within our Shared Services team, you'll play a vital role in supporting organizational goals. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments where collaboration matters.
Starting Rate: $16.50/hourly

Program Support Core Responsibilities
  • Manages supplies
  • Manages multi-line phone system
  • Greets/screens/directs visitors
  • Manages incoming/outgoing mail
  • Enters/maintains data
  • Handles maintenance request notifications
  • Manages documents received
  • Manages electronic filing
  • Processes 3rd party requests

Location amp; Schedule
