- Partner with Purchasing and Configuration Control to ensure alignment between MRP outputs and procurement execution
- Validate system outputs against real world constraints including material availability, warehouse capacity, and project requirements
- Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, and Configuration Control to ensure alignment of demand, BOMs, schedules, and priorities
- Act as the central point of coordination for schedule changes, material constraints, and execution risks
- Ensure project priorities are accurately reflected in production schedules and material planning
- Drive communication across departments to ensure priorities are clear, consistent, and executable
- Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules across all sites
- Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy, material staging, and timely material movement to support production
- Partner with Project Management to identify and mitigate risks to project timelines driven by material or scheduling constraints
- Monitor shortages and drive proactive resolutions to prevent production and project delays
- Track and report key metrics including schedule adherence, material readiness, and on time delivery to project milestones
- Identify gaps in planning, scheduling, warehouse coordination, and execution processes and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce delays, and improve system utilization
