You will be the Integrated Program Planner Mgr - F-35 Campaigns and Proposal Level 5 for the F-35 Campaigns and Proposals team which is responsible for delivering high-impact F-35 solutions and winning new business.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Integrated Program Planner Mgr - F-35 Campaigns and Proposal Level 5 you will be responsible for leading a team of planners to create and maintain robust proposal and campaign schedules that drive successful program execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of planners producing integrated master schedules for F-35 proposals and campaigns.
  • Partner with program management, engineering, contracts, and customers to translate requirements into accurate schedule baselines.
  • Provide expert analysis of schedule, cost, and earned-value data to senior leadership and drive corrective actions.
  • Champion enterprise-wide performance initiatives and ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin scheduling standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
The position is primarily remote, with more than 50 % of the work performed from home. Occasional on-site visits will be required based on program needs, and workspaces will be reserved through our "hotel spaces" system and conference rooms. Candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to the site to commute and accommodate these ad-hoc requirements.
Partners with Program & Senior Management and directs all phases of Program Planning & Integration from inception through completion. Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of planning and schedule management in support of program capture and execution. Collaborates with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Manages vertical and horizontal integration and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.Provides leadership to program planning team and ensures: modeling and measuring techniques are in place to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline and to perform schedule risk assessments;time-phased predictive analyses, critical path verification and schedule risk assessments are performed and coordinated with program management; performance and health metrics analyses are utilized to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs
• Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders
• Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or a similar tool

• Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media.

• Experience with DCMA Earned Value Audits.
• Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan.
• Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) Experience.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
