ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Conduct in-person and/or virtual interviews with applicants
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit
  • Review applications, resumes, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records
  • Communicate professionally with applicants regarding interview scheduling and next steps
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
  • Collaborate with recruiting staff and management regarding candidate recommendations
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support duties as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous administrative and clerical experience required
