Description:This individual is responsible for development and execution of OneLM IPP Training, OneLM IPP Process/Policy, and Corporate Reportable Capture and Program Reviews within the IPP Center of Excellence in support of the Lockheed Martin Enterprise as a whole.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provides guidance based on organizational goals and OneLM PM/IPP company policies, procedures, and training.
• Establishes, leads configuration control, and monitors adherence to OneLM PM/IPP operating policies and procedures.
• Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to OneLM and business area policies, procedures, and training.
• Directly participates in establishing and administering projects and assignments within IPP COE.
• Key partner with the IPP SteerCo and Integrated Program Planning Council (IPPC) in executing defined IPP COE objectives and deliverables.
Impact and Influence:
The individual in this role has significant influence and impact on the organization, including:
• Exerting influence in the development of overall IPP COE objectives and long-range goals.
• Implementation of change - serve as an advocate of OneLM adoptions of process, policy, and tools

• IPP Steer Co / IPPC
• Program Management Council (PMC)
• Cross BA Counterparts executing core bodies of work inclusive of Training and Process/Policy/Reviews

Overall, this role requires strong leadership, management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to make strategic decisions and influence the organization's overall objectives and goals.

Basic Qualifications:
-15 years of professional experience; 10 years of professional experience in program management and/or planning field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Critical thinking and complex problem solving abilities
- Proficient at developing/maintaining complex Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis
- Experience briefing Senior Leadership and customers
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
- Experiences leading a team of direct reports and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $128,400 - $222,640. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
