About the Role:

The Children's services Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and compliance of residential services for children with developmental disabilities. This role ensures high-quality, person-centered care in accordance with DDA (Developmental Disabilities Administration) regulations and oversees daily operations of licensed residential child care programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Special Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Active Residential Child Care Program Administrator (RCCPA) license (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities:

  • Program Oversight & Operations
    • Manage daily operations of DDA-funded residential programs serving children and adolescents
    • Ensure services are person-centered, trauma-informed, and aligned with individualized service plans (ISPs)
    • Monitor program quality, outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Maintain compliance with all state, local, and DDA regulations
    • Onboard new children referrals, and ensure proper transition
  • Licensing & Compliance

    • Serve as the designated Residential Child Care Program Administrator in accordance with licensing requirements
    • Ensure ongoing compliance with residential child care licensing standards, policies, and procedures
    • Prepare for, coordinate, and respond to audits, inspections, and investigations
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
