What You'll Do as a Residential Aide:
  • Assist residents with all activities of daily living
  • Answer resident call bells promptly
  • Complete basic treatments as instructed
  • Document resident care accurately
  • Work closely with teammates to provide excellent resident care

What We're Looking For in a Residential Aide:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old
